Wendy graduated from Rutgers University in 2006 with her Bachelor in Dietetics. She completed her Commission on Accreditation for Dietetic Education (CADE) internship at Montclair State University in 2007 and successfully received her Masters in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport in 2010. She specializes in Adult Weight Management with a level two certification with the Commission on Dietetic Registration and has maintains her Certification in Diabetes Education (CDE).

Wendy has a broad range of expertise in many areas in the world of nutrition including: sports nutrition, diabetes self care, weight management, cardiac disease, gastrointestinal disorders, geriatric nutrition, eating disorders and more. She thoroughly enjoys educating others on evidence based nutrition and the one-on-one time she spends with her clients. She is passionate about improving ones health through diet modification and strives to ensure her clients comprehend the information provided, as well as ensures their nutrition plan is tailored to meet their individual health needs.
